Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please read our guidelines regarding refunds and device returns.

1. Device Returns & Hardware Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the GPS tracking device hardware, you may return the device within 7 days of installation for a full refund of the hardware cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The device must be returned in its original condition, without physical damage or signs of tampering.
  • All original packaging, cables, and accessories must be included.
  • A device uninstallation fee may apply if our technicians need to remove it from your vehicle.

2. Subscription & Service Fees

Subscription fees for our tracking platform are structured as prepaid access:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel your service, access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: If paid yearly in advance, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months if you decide to terminate the service within the first 6 months. After 6 months, annual payments become non-refundable.
  • Installation Fees: One-time installation charges paid to our technicians are strictly non-refundable.

3. Device Malfunctions

If a device fails within the 1-year warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost. Cash refunds are not issued for defective devices after the initial 7-day return period; only replacements are provided.


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team at support@mygpsbd.com with your account details and reasoning. Approved refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
